Work product delivered to clients under a signed project agreement transfers ownership to the client only upon full payment, as specified in the relevant agreement.

Clients engaging Emacron Technologies agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements, content, and feedback in a timely manner
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule
• Ensure that supplied materials do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights

All project engagements require a written agreement specifying payment milestones. Standard terms include a non-refundable advance before work commences. Late payments may attract a penalty as specified in the project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate work if payments are overdue.

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the project for a period of two (2) years.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emacron Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service in the three months preceding the claim.

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Our website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of those third-party services.

Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement. Emacron Technologies reserves the right to terminate access to our services or website for conduct that violates these Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent version.
